Click on the plus icon to add a command. Then enter the command. You can then drag the command around or delete it.
Works best for 1.9 versions. This creates a bunch of command block minecarts, which might lag the world.
You can put "kill @e[type=MinecartCommandBlock,r=1]" as the last command if you want them to run once.
